本服務是操控紅藍兩隻魔法貓、切換顏色穿越關卡並挑戰 BOSS 的 3D 動作冒險遊戲，可在瀏覽器免費遊玩第 1 章，也有 iOS App 版。免費版會顯示 Google 提供的廣告；第 2 章以後需購買「完整版」才能遊玩，購買後也不再有廣告，內容與價格請見完整版頁面。廣告如何處理資料，請見隱私權政策。
2. 購買與授權
網頁版的訂單由我們的線上經銷商 Lemon Squeezy 處理，Lemon Squeezy 是交易的登記賣方（Merchant of Record），負責收款、收據與稅務，並適用其條款。App 內購買由 Apple 處理，適用 App Store 的條款。
"Chromafall" (the "Service") is run by an individual developer under the brand "Empty Office". By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
A 3D action-adventure game where you guide two wizard cats, one red and one blue, swapping colours to get through levels and take on bosses. Chapter 1 is free to play in your browser, and an iOS app is also available. The free version shows ads from Google. Chapters 2 onwards require the Full Game, which also removes the ads; see the Full Game page for what is included and the price, and the privacy policy for how ads handle data.
2. Purchases and licence
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all web orders. They handle payment, receipts and taxes, and their terms apply to the purchase. In-app purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Paid content is a licence to use digital content, not a transfer of ownership. One key can be activated on up to 5 devices or browsers, for use by the buyer and their household. Keys may not be resold or shared publicly, and we may disable a key that has been published or abused.
3. Acceptable use
Do not extract the Service's code, images, models, music or sounds to redistribute or sell them, and do not attack or disrupt the site. Screenshots and recordings of gameplay are yours to share on social media or stream.
4. Intellectual property
The code, characters, 3D models and images (some made with the help of AI tools), music, sounds and text of the Service are made or licensed by the developer, who reserves all rights.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site. If the Service is ever shut down, purchased content will be handled in a reasonable way, such as an offline version or a refund under the refund policy.
7. App Store version (iOS)
If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies alongside these terms; where they differ, the terms more favourable to you prevail.
These terms are between you and the developer only, not with Apple. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, support, warranties and any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual-property claims).
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
In-app purchases (such as the Full Game) are charged and receipted by Apple and can be brought back on other devices using the same Apple Account with "Restore purchase"; refunds follow Apple's rules. Web licence keys cannot be used in the app, and in-app purchases do not unlock the web version.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
