本政策說明「雙色界域」會處理哪些資料。我們盡量少收資料：不需要註冊帳號；除了你在全球排行榜上的通關時間（見第 1 節之二），遊戲資料不會上傳到我們的伺服器。免費版會顯示 Google 提供的廣告（見第 2 節）；購買完整版後就不會再有廣告。

1. 只存在你裝置上的資料

遊戲進度、存檔、成就、本機成績紀錄、設定和語言，都存在你的裝置上（網頁版存在瀏覽器的 localStorage，App 版另外備份在 App 自己的儲存空間），不會上傳。清除瀏覽器資料或刪除 App 就會刪除。

1-2. 全球排行榜

從頭打完一章時，遊戲會把通關時間、評價、難度、選的角色，連同一組隨機產生的匿名 ID 和系統產生的暱稱編號（例如「愛睏的小貓」），送到我們在 Cloudflare 上的排行榜，讓你跟其他玩家比較。暱稱不能自己輸入，排行榜上也不會顯示匿名 ID；我們不會收集姓名、email 或其他能認出你的資料。想刪除排行榜紀錄，請把排行榜下方顯示的你的暱稱寫信告訴我們。

2. 免費版的廣告

免費版的廣告由 Google 提供：App 版使用 Google AdMob，網頁版在通過審核後使用 Google AdSense（在那之前只顯示我們自己其他作品的介紹，不追蹤也不使用 Cookie）。廣告分兩種：你自己選擇觀看、看完可以免費試玩完整版的「獎勵廣告」，以及在章節結算後偶爾出現的全螢幕廣告。
為了顯示廣告、限制重複次數、統計成效和防止濫用，Google 可能會處理裝置識別碼（例如廣告識別碼 IDFA）、IP 位址推算的大略位置、裝置與 App 資訊，以及你和廣告的互動。網頁版的 Google 可能使用 Cookie。詳細內容請見 Google 如何使用合作夥伴網站或應用程式的資訊。
iOS 版只有在你於「允許 App 追蹤」視窗按下允許後，Google 才會使用廣告識別碼顯示個人化廣告；不允許也能照常遊玩，只是廣告比較不符合你的興趣。在歐洲經濟區、英國與瑞士，第一次開始遊戲時會先顯示 Google 的同意視窗。之後可以在 App 的「設定 → 完整版 → 廣告隱私選項」或手機的系統設定中更改。
我們不會把任何遊戲資料或個人資料交給廣告商，也不會出售資料。購買完整版後，就不會再載入廣告。

3. 購買完整版

網頁版付款由 Lemon Squeezy 處理，你的姓名、email、帳單地址與付款資訊由 Lemon Squeezy 依其隱私權政策處理；啟用序號時，會把序號和裝置名稱送到 Lemon Squeezy 驗證。我們不會拿到你的信用卡資料。
App 內購買由 Apple 處理，我們只會收到購買是否有效的資訊。
我們會收到的訂單資料（例如 email、訂單編號），只用於客服、退款與法定紀錄。

4. 伺服器紀錄

網站由 Cloudflare 提供，Cloudflare 可能為了安全與防止濫用，短期處理 IP 位址等連線資訊。我們自己不使用分析工具或追蹤 Cookie。

5. 資料分享

我們不出售你的資料。只會在提供服務所需的範圍內，與上述服務商（Cloudflare、Google、Lemon Squeezy、Apple）分享，或依法律要求提供。

6. 你的權利

遊戲資料都在你自己的裝置上，你可以隨時刪除；排行榜紀錄可以來信要求刪除。廣告相關的選擇可以在 App 的「廣告隱私選項」、手機系統設定（iOS：設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤）或 Google 我的廣告中心更改。若你曾購買完整版，可以來信要求查詢、更正或刪除我們保存的訂單資料（法律要求保存的紀錄除外）。

7. 兒童

本服務適合一般大眾，不會要求輸入任何個人資料；廣告內容設定為普遍級。本服務未特別針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，兒童使用時請由家長陪同。

8. App 版與 App Store 隱私標籤

除了上面第 1-2 節的排行榜成績（不與你的身分關聯），App 本身不會把遊戲資料傳到我們的伺服器。免費版內建的 Google Mobile Ads SDK 會依上面第 2 節處理資料，因此 App Store 的隱私標籤會列出：用來追蹤你的資料（裝置識別碼、廣告資料，只在你允許追蹤時）、與你無關聯的資料（大略位置、產品互動、診斷資料），用途為第三方廣告與分析。App 內購買由 Apple 處理，我們不會拿到你的 Apple 帳號或付款資料。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data "Chromafall" handles. We keep it to a minimum: no account, and apart from your clear times on the world leaderboard (section 1-2) your game data is never uploaded to our servers. The free version shows ads from Google (section 2); buying the Full Game removes them.

1. Data that stays on your device

Your progress, saves, achievements, local best times, settings and language are stored on your device (in the browser's localStorage on the web; the app also keeps a backup in its own storage) and never uploaded. Clearing your browser data or deleting the app removes them.

1-2. World leaderboard

When you finish a chapter from the start, the game sends your clear time, grade, difficulty and chosen cat, together with a randomly generated anonymous ID and a system-generated nickname number (such as "Sleepy Kitten"), to our leaderboard on Cloudflare so you can compare with other players. Nicknames cannot be typed in, and the anonymous ID is never shown on the board; we collect no name, email or anything else that identifies you. To have your leaderboard entries removed, email us your nickname shown under the leaderboard.

2. Ads in the free version

Ads in the free version are provided by Google: Google AdMob in the app, and Google AdSense on the web once approved (until then the web version only shows cards for our own other games, with no tracking and no cookies). There are two kinds: rewarded ads, which you choose to watch to try the Full Game for free, and an occasional full-screen ad after a chapter's results screen.
To show ads, cap how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID, IDFA), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with ads. On the web Google may use cookies. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
On iOS, Google uses the advertising identifier for personalised ads only if you tap Allow in the "Allow app to track" prompt; if you don't, the game works the same and the ads are just less relevant. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears the first time you play. You can change these choices later in the app under Settings → Full game → Ad privacy options, or in your device settings.
We never give game data or personal data to advertisers and never sell data. Once you own the Full Game, no ads are loaded.

3. Buying the Full Game

Web payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your name, email, billing address and payment details are processed under their privacy policy; activating a key sends the key and a device label to Lemon Squeezy to check it. We never receive your card details.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple; we only learn whether a purchase is valid.
Order details we receive (such as email and order number) are used only for support, refunds and legally required records.

4. Server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which may briefly process connection data such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. We ourselves use no analytics tools and no tracking cookies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers above (Cloudflare, Google, Lemon Squeezy, Apple) as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.

6. Your rights

Your game data lives on your own device and you can delete it at any time; leaderboard entries are removed on request by email. Ad choices can be changed in the app's Ad privacy options, in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking) or at Google My Ad Center. If you have bought the Full Game, you can email us to access, correct or delete the order details we keep (except records we must keep by law).

7. Children

The Service is for a general audience and never asks for personal details; ad content is limited to general-audience ratings. It is not directed at children under 13, who should play with a parent.

8. The app and its App Store privacy label

Apart from the leaderboard results in section 1-2 (not linked to your identity), the app sends no game data to our servers. The Google Mobile Ads SDK in the free version processes data as described in section 2, so the App Store privacy label lists data used to track you (device ID and advertising data, only if you allow tracking) and data not linked to you (coarse location, product interaction, diagnostics), for third-party advertising and analytics. In-app purchases are handled by Apple; we never receive your Apple Account or payment details.
