14 天內可退款

購買後 14 天內，不論原因，只要來信提出，都可以全額退款。
超過 14 天後，如果因為技術問題無法啟用或使用，而我們也無法修好，仍然可以退款。

如何申請

寄信到 hello@emptyoffice.app，附上購買時的 email 和訂單編號（在收據 email 裡）。網頁版的退款由 Lemon Squeezy 退回原付款方式，入帳時間依銀行或支付方式而定，通常 5～10 個工作天。

退款後

該組序號會被停用，第 2 章以後會在下次驗證時重新上鎖；你的存檔、成就和第 1 章都會保留。

App Store 購買

在 iOS App 內購買的項目，依 Apple 的退款政策處理，請到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。

The Full Game is digital content you can use as soon as you buy it. We want everyone to buy with confidence:

Refunds within 14 days

Within 14 days of purchase, email us for any reason and we will give you a full refund.
After 14 days, if a technical problem stops you activating or using what you bought and we cannot fix it, we will still refund you.

How to request

Email hello@emptyoffice.app with the email address you used and your order number (in the receipt email). Web refunds are returned by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment method, usually 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The key is disabled and chapters 2 onwards lock again at the next check. Your save data, achievements and Chapter 1 are kept.

App Store purchases

Items bought in the iOS app follow Apple's refund policy; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
